🍼 Little Rainbow Infant Daily Schedule

Our infant program is thoughtfully designed to provide a nurturing, responsive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
All routines are individualized to honor each child’s unique feeding, sleeping, and diapering needs.

Morning

8:30 – 9:30 AM
Arrival & Gentle Exploration
Warm greetings, bonding time with teachers, soft play mats, tummy time, sensory toys, and language-rich interaction in Chinese, Spanish, and English.

9:30 – 10:00 AM
Sensory Discovery
Hands-on exploration through textures, light play, music, soft water play, and fine motor stimulation to support cognitive and sensory development.

10:00 – 11:00 AM
Rest Time
Individualized morning nap schedule in a calm, dimly lit environment with soothing music.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Feeding Time
Individualized feeding routines including bottle feeding, breastmilk, formula, or age-appropriate soft foods. Teachers support self-feeding skills as developmentally ready.

12:00 – 1:00 PM
Calm Play & Connection
Story time, soft music, floor play, and one-on-one interaction to build secure attachment and early language skills.

Afternoon

1:00 – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Nap (Flexible Schedule)
Quiet rest period with individualized sleep routines. Teachers monitor closely to ensure safety and comfort.

3:00 – 3:30 PM
Afternoon Feeding
Bottle feeding or age-appropriate snacks based on each child’s developmental stage.

3:30 – 5:00 PM
Exploration Stations
Open-ended play with stacking toys, mirrors, soft blocks, sensory baskets, and guided interaction to promote gross and fine motor development.

5:00 – 5:30 PM
Cozy Play & Pick-Up
Relaxed play in a warm, calm setting while awaiting parent pick-up. Teachers provide daily updates and personalized communication.

Little Rainbow Bilingual Daycare Early Childhood Trilingual Program

Our Early Childhood Program is designed to foster independence, academic readiness, and confident communication in Chinese, Spanish, and English within a Montessori-inspired learning environment.

Each day balances structured learning, language immersion, creative exploration, and purposeful play to support the whole child.

Morning Program

8:30 – 9:00 AM
Arrival, Breakfast & Gentle Transition

Children are warmly welcomed into a calm and organized classroom. Breakfast is served family-style to encourage independence, social conversation, and table manners. Table activities and open-ended materials provide a smooth start to the day.

9:00 – 10:00 AM
Montessori Work Cycle

Children engage in focused, hands-on learning using Montessori-inspired materials. Activities include practical life skills, sensorial development, early mathematics, phonetic awareness, and pre-writing foundations. Teachers provide individualized guidance to support each child’s developmental stage.

10:00 – 10:30 AM
Morning Circle & Spanish Immersion

Group gathering includes greetings, calendar, weather discussion, and social-emotional connection. The session transitions into structured Spanish immersion through interactive songs, storytelling, movement, and conversational practice.

10:30 – 11:00 AM
Outdoor Exploration

Gross motor development through running, climbing, cooperative games, and guided outdoor play in a safe and nurturing environment.

Midday Enrichment

11:00 – 11:30 AM
Creative Arts & Fine Motor Development

Children express creativity through drawing, painting, seasonal projects, and fine motor activities that strengthen hand control and imagination.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Mandarin Immersion

Children are immersed in Mandarin through songs, vocabulary building, interactive storytelling, and simple conversational exchanges to build natural language confidence.

Lunch

Nutritious home-prepared meals are served in a family-style setting. Children practice independence, social skills, and respectful communication.

Storytime & Rest Preparation

Calming stories, quiet reading, and guided relaxation prepare children for rest.

Rest Time

Children rest in a peaceful, supervised environment. Non-nappers are offered quiet, developmentally appropriate activities.

Wake-Up & Snack

Gentle transition from rest followed by a healthy afternoon snack.

Creative & Choice-Based Learning

Open-ended exploration including pretend play, music, fine motor stations, and child-led activities that support autonomy and imagination.

Outdoor Time / Nature Exploration

Reflection Circle & Literacy Review
